We provide training and execution-based services based on a predefined scope and procedures. This includes structured knowledge transfer, instructional materials, execution of predefined operational and administrative steps, and implementation support limited to previously defined steps, in areas such as international company structure, operations, sales readiness, and the implementation of tools and automation.
Our services do not include advisory, consulting, strategic, analytical, management, legal, tax, accounting, advertising, marketing, market research, financial advisory, or any regulated services.
We provide knowledge, procedures and execution support. The client makes all decisions and submits their own applications and KYC. We do not represent the client before banks, authorities, fintech providers or any third party, and we do not make decisions on the client's behalf. All final decisions and actions remain the sole responsibility of the client.
Fees are payable by invoice, via bank transfer to the account indicated on the invoice.
We do not guarantee specific results. Timelines and outcomes depend on third-party processes and administrative timelines beyond our control.
Upon full payment, the client may use the materials delivered under the engagement for internal business purposes. The engagement does not involve licensing of intellectual property rights or royalty payments.
Each party keeps confidential all non-public information obtained in connection with the engagement.
Our total liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
